Modular Reality speaks WhatsApp — Real-time operator notifications

April 5, 2026. Modular Reality now speaks WhatsApp. This week we completed the integration with Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. When an order arrives, the system automatically notifies all active operators through their configured channels: email, Telegram, and WhatsApp, in their language. The infrastructure runs across three layers: Next.js detects the payment, n8n queries Directus and dispatches by channel, and the Meta Graph API delivers the message using approved templates.
