FAQ
Do you ship to Spain?
Yes. All orders ship from our logistics centre in Kawasaki, Japan, with tracking. For deliveries to the EU, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient under the applicable rules. See /legal/shipping-delivery for details.
What is the Japan Hub?
Our origin logistics centre in Kawasaki, Japan: our products come from there and every order ships from there. The Spain Hub is not a warehouse — it is the euro pricing zone for EU customers and the address returns are sent to.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Japan takes 3–5 business days. International shipping may take 7–14 business days depending on customs. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order leaves Kawasaki.
Why does the same product have a different price in the Japan Hub and Spain Hub?
Each product has a fixed price in its zone currency: JPY at the Japan Hub, EUR at the Spain Hub. The difference reflects the real cost of getting the product to a European customer — international shipping and operations — not an arbitrary markup. All orders ship from Kawasaki.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Note that PayPal is only available for EUR payments — if purchasing from the Japan Hub in JPY, please use Stripe, which supports all currencies.
In which currency are prices displayed?
Each product has a fixed price in its distribution hub's currency: EUR for the Spain Hub, JPY for the Japan Hub. The price shown on the product page is always the real sale price in that currency — it is not converted. At checkout, the total in your preferred currency is shown as a reference only.
What if my cart has products from both Hubs?
At checkout, products are grouped by their origin Hub, with subtotals and total shown in your preferred currency. If we detect an equivalent product available at a Hub closer to you that is cheaper including shipping costs, we will suggest switching it with one click.
What are Modular Credits?
They are the Modular Network's reward currency: a single unit of value that flows across all Modular Reality services and verified partners. Each credit is worth 1 JPY as a discount (in euros or dollars, at the exchange rate). You earn them automatically with every purchase: 1% comes back as credits. You can also buy them directly, at 1 JPY each. They never expire, they accumulate, and they can be redeemed as a discount from 100 credits, up to a maximum of 50% of the order total. More details at /credits.
How does the system decide which Hub to show me?
When you visit the store, our CDN anonymously tells us your country (without storing your IP or requesting any device permission). We calculate the straight-line distance from your country's geographic centroid to each Hub using the Haversine formula, and show you products from the closest one. For example, a user in Australia sees the Japan Hub (≈6,700 km) rather than the Spain Hub (≈14,400 km). Once you complete an order or manually choose a shipping address, that preference takes priority over the automatic geographic assignment. You can change your preferred currency and Hub at any time from checkout or your account.
What is your return policy?
Physical hardware has a 14-day window from receipt to initiate a return for manufacturing defects, provided the original packaging and security seal are intact. Digital assets (downloads, licenses) are non-refundable once activated. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless a manufacturing defect is verified. See full policy at /legal/returns.
Which devices do your cables work with?
We describe each cable by its connector and power rating: USB-C to USB-C up to 100 W, USB-A to USB-C up to 60 W, and 8-pin connector versions up to 27 W. They are magnetic charge-and-data cables at USB 2.0 data speed. Check your device's specifications for its connector type and supported power.
What data do you collect and why?
We only collect the data needed to process your order: name, email, and shipping address. We use functional cookies (session, language, theme, currency) that do not involve tracking. We do not share your data with third parties except payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) under their own privacy policies. You can access, correct, or delete your data from your account. See the full policy at /legal/privacy.
