[ 1. Distribution Hubs ]
All orders are dispatched from our logistics centre in Kawasaki, Japan (35.5°N, 139.7°E). The "Spain Hub" (Madrid, 40.4°N, 3.7°W) is not a stocked warehouse: it is the euro pricing zone for customers in Europe and the Western hemisphere, and the address to which returns are sent. Each product belongs to a specific pricing zone, but dispatch is always from Japan.
[ 2. Geographic Hub Assignment ]
When you visit our store, we identify your country of origin using an anonymised IP geolocation signal provided by our CDN. We then calculate the straight-line distance (Haversine formula on the Earth's surface) from the geographic centroid of your country to each of our Hubs. The closest Hub is set as your initial preference. This logic is fully automatic, requires no device location permission, and we do not store individual location data. Once your session is created, you are free to select your preferred currency and Hub in your account settings or at checkout. Your last confirmed shipping address always takes priority over the automatic geographic assignment.
[ 3. Prices and Currencies ]
Each product has a fixed price in its Hub's native currency: EUR for the Spain Hub, JPY for the Japan Hub. The price shown on the product page is always the actual sale price in that currency — no automatic conversion is applied on product pages. At checkout, all amounts are displayed in the customer's selected display currency, with items grouped by Hub for clarity. The actual charge is processed in each Hub's native currency.
[ 4. Shipping Costs ]
Shipments within Japan are domestic (no customs duties, delivery in 3–5 business days). All other shipments are international from Japan: they may incur customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient, and take 7–14 business days depending on customs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
[ 5. Hub Optimization ]
If your cart contains a product from the Japan Hub but we detect an equivalent available at the Spain Hub that is cheaper once international shipping is included, we will suggest the switch at checkout. You can accept the change with one click or keep your original selection.
[ 6. Order Tracking ]
Once Hub dispatch is confirmed you will receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment status in real time.
