All hardware components (precision cables, peripherals) have an operating warranty according to the technical specifications provided in our official documentation. Modular Reality is not responsible for the improper use of the equipment outside its technical parameters.

6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdictions of our logistics centers. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of said regions.

- Free, no purchase: engagement sweepstakes are free and require no purchase; no paid route grants any advantage.
- Eligibility: open to individuals aged 18 or over. Open to participants from any country where permitted by law; void where prohibited. Prizes are shipped via クリックポスト/ネコポス (Japan) or 小形包装物 (international).
- Winner selection: the winner is determined by a verifiable, reproducible mechanism (provably-fair). The decision is final.
