How it works

   Tell us what you want

   Fill in the form with the product, your budget and the destination country. No commitment.

2. 02

   We send you a quote

   Within 24–48 h we reply with an itemised quote: shelf price, fee, shipping, your country's import duties and travel if needed.

3. 03

   You place a deposit

   Quote + 10% buffer. In this phase payment is handled manually: we send you a secure payment link.

4. 04

   We search and buy

   We scout Japanese stores and marketplaces and, if you like, show it to you on video before buying. If something costs more than expected, we ask you BEFORE spending.

5. 05

   We ship it to you

   Professional packaging and tracked international shipping from our hub in Kawasaki.

6. 06

   You get the unspent money back

   If the real cost is lower than your deposit, we refund the difference. No hidden fees.

What you pay

No surprises: everything is itemised in the quote, and the deposit is settled at real cost.

Shelf price

What the store charges, with the receipt.

15% fee

On the shelf price. It covers our work: finding, buying, checking and packing.

Travel

Only if we must visit a store specifically for your request. If it is on a route we already planned, it is free.

International shipping

At real cost, with tracking. Everything you buy on the same trip ships in one parcel.

Import duties and taxes

They depend on your country. For the US they are prepaid (mandatory for postal shipments) and included in the quote. For other countries, the quote tells you whether you pay them through us or on delivery.

If your country's import rules change before shipping, we tell you before closing the order.

Deposit & refunds — fair payment

We work with a transparent deposit model: you pay the real cost, not the estimate.

• You deposit the quote + a 10% safety buffer.
• Whatever is not spent is refunded in full when the request closes (3–5 days, no extra processing fees).
• If the product costs more than expected, we contact you BEFORE spending: you choose between paying the difference, an alternative, or cancelling.
• If the product cannot be found, its cost is refunded in full. Travel already done is not refunded: it is work done, with a report of stores visited.

Submitting the form charges nothing. You only pay once you accept the quote.

What we can NOT ship

Japanese export regulations (METI) and destination-country rules prohibit or restrict certain items. We reject requests for:
