At Modular Reality, we implement rigorous inspection protocols to ensure the integrity of our sovereign hardware.
[1. Digital Assets (NEXUS_DATA)]
Due to their intangible nature and immediate access, digital assets (licenses, TCG files, software) are non-refundable once download or account unlocking has initiated.
[2. Physical Hardware (TACTICAL_GEAR)]
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The product must be in its original packaging with the security seal intact and no signs of use.
[3. Hardware Warranty]
MR-Link cables include a 6-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase, extended to 12 months by registering the product with the code inside the box. It covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover normal wear or damage caused by misuse (always unplug by pulling the connector, never the cable). This commercial warranty is additional to the statutory guarantee of conformity and does not replace it: 2 years in the European Union and 3 years in Spain.
[4. Logistics and Costs]
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. We recommend tracked courier services to ensure arrival at the relevant Hub.
[5. Inspection and Refund]
Upon receiving the item at our Hub (Madrid or Kawasaki), our technical team will perform an inspection within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon approval.
